Baseline Grid setup using Adobe Indesign

Here is a short clip demonstrating how to setup custom baseline grids with Adobe Indesign. I forgot to show how to view your base line Grids. This can be accomplished by selecting the View drop down menu, then Guides and Grids, finally move to the Show Baseline grid option. I have uploaded a screen capture below showing the menu:
